We had an excellent experience working with Walter Iustini and team (Evie Rose -office manager) of Gilmour Property Group. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, and always available to answer our questions. He guided us through every step of the buying process with patience and clear communication.
We never felt pressured.
We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Our experience with Gilmour Property Group was marvelous from beginning to end. Everything was smooth and professional, easy to deal with, and reassuring in their approachability. Much appreciation to Jo Hallam for her invaluable work in carrying through this process, and Evie-Rose Stirling for her assistance and clear, professional approach. One hundred percent recommendation for this excellent organisation..

Walter did an awesome job. He was easy to deal with, always kept me in the loop, and made the whole process really straightforward. His knowledge of the area and the market was spot on, and he worked hard to get a great result.

Super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome.

If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and personable, Joanna Hallam is the one to call.

From the moment I met her, I knew I was in great hands. She guided me through the home-buying process with care, making sure every step was as smooth as possible. Her warmth, honesty, and professionalism made the experience enjoyable.

Since then, Jo has continued to go above and beyond, happily assisting my family members with their own real estate needs. Her dedication is unmatched, and she makes everyone feel valued and supported. I’m incredibly grateful for Jo’s expertise and kindness, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

If you want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, Jo is the real estate agent you need!

I highly recommend Lynda Loyd as a property manager from my perspective as a tenant. She was very professional in her approach and, when things went south with our landlord, she went well out of her way to make sure that everybody was treated fairly and hung in there until a proper resolution was met. Lovely person to work with.
